The Colorado Cup is Colorado's growing, statewide reusable cup network — and the primary program you'll help build as a Circular Colorado Fellow.

Customers can borrow a reusable Colorado Cup from one café for a small deposit and return it to any café in the network for their deposit back as a discount, or swap for another cup.

Single-use coffee cups are one of the most common forms of litter in Colorado communities (nearly 40% of downtown waste in Breckenridge). The Colorado Cup can replace thousands of disposable cups with a shared reusable system, helping communities reduce waste while saving local cafés money on disposable packaging.

Through the Circular Colorado Fellowship, students become part of the team building the partnerships and community relationships that will help Colorado transition from a disposable economy to a reusable one.
